Finance Manager (f/m/d)

As an experienced Plant Finance Manager you will offer exceptional strategic and operational financial leadership at our Wuppertal site. This position presents an outstanding opportunity to engage with innovative individuals and generate a significant impact!

A Day in the Life

Deliver strategic and operational financial oversight to the Wuppertal Plant team and Plant DirectorLead plant financial scorecard management, continuous improvement initiatives, inventory/production analysis, and other financial decisionsCoordinate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual processes, including month-end close and costing activitiesCollaborate with business segments and Global Supply Chain to support investment financial return analysisAnalyze plant spend and identify efficiency improvement opportunitiesMeasure and assess plant performance regularly to drive corrective actionsDevelop understanding of financial impacts from sales volume, mix, and supply planning dynamicsMonitor external economic factors to support plant management decisionsStandardize reporting processes and ensure compliance to Global Financial Standards and Statutory requirements

Keys to Success

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration8 years of experience in finance organizations5 years of finance experience within ManufacturingCPA, CMA, or equivalent certificationExperience managing Income Statement

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

SAP knowledge in ManufacturingProven leadership and partnership skillsAbility to lead through others and influenceDriven to deliver results quickly, agilely and with high qualityStrong record of career progression with growing responsibilitiesTravel: Up to 5% (domestic/international)
