The PSG Finance Manager of Budget and Incentives leads a team that works closely with a variety of functional areas within the Company spanning various levels of the organization. This role manages a segment of the global incentive compensation budgeting process from end to end and has responsibility over ensuring that the Company’s incentive compensation budget policies and procedures are implemented and maintained throughout the year, driving accurate incentive forecasts and payouts.
