Finance Manager / Senior Manager – BFSI / Fintech

 

A fast-growing fintech organization is looking for a highly driven Finance Manager / Senior Manager to join their core finance team in an Individual Contributor capacity.

 

Location: Noida

Experience: 4–7 Years

Industry Preference: BFSI / Fintech / NBFC

 

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end financial accounting and reporting

• MIS preparation, financial analysis, and reconciliations

• Month-end and quarter-end closures

• GST, TDS, and statutory compliance management

• Cash flow, working capital, and fund planning

• Audit coordination and financial controls

• Loan lifecycle accounting, disbursements, and collections tracking

• Process improvement and finance automation initiatives

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in BFSI / Fintech / NBFC environments

• Hands-on execution and strong ownership mindset

• Strong accounting, MIS, and compliance expertise

• Advanced Excel and financial reporting capabilities

• Ability to independently manage finance operations

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving approach
