Finance Manager 

 

 

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven finance professional who will lead the financial and accounting processes in Moldova, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, strong financial governance, and effective support to business decision-making. 

 

Position:  

 

As a Finance Manager, you will: 

Coordinate overall planning and reporting activities for the Moldova market, ensuring accurate and timely financial information 

Manage company assets to optimize returns, maximize cash flow, and minimize working capital 

Support and work closely with the local management team in defining the financial business strategy, including pricing, portfolio planning, excise tax impact, OpEx and CapEx management 

Ensure appropriate internal controls in line with corporate policies and manage relationships with internal and external auditors 

Liaise with factories, distributors, and banks, including transfer pricing, distributor remuneration, and credit facility administration 

Coordinate statutory and tax compliance and manage tax planning activities 

Lead, motivate, and develop the Finance team to drive performance, build capabilities, and deliver corporate objectives 

 

Requirements: 

 

University degree in Finance or Accounting 

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position 

Strong knowledge of IFRS, management accounting, ERP processes, taxation, and treasury 

Proven people management and decision-making skills 

Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills 

Fluency in Romanian and English
