Finance is at the center of making this vision a reality, and the Finance Manager, Gaming FP&A (Financial Planning & Accounting), is a central role that supports the multi-billion-dollar Gaming business to innovate, disrupt, and expand the gaming opportunity worldwide. In this role, you will perform end-to-end financial analysis of the $24Bn Gaming business. This role is global in scope, and you will be able to interact with multiple stakeholder across many lines of business and geographies. The Gaming FP&A Central team is looking for a highly motivated Finance professional with strong financial & business analytics who can interpret data. This role will partner with the Gaming Central Finance Team, and Investor relations. A successful candidate will be someone who is a self-starter, a tremendous collaborator with a good sense of business acumen. **Responsibilities** + **Financial Reporting** : Publish executive-grade financial summaries highlighting risks and opportunities impacting bottom lines in a timely manner. Support in delivering quarterly financial and operational reviews with senior leaders. Automate and improve reporting processes as much as possible within the confines of available tools. + **Leverage best-in-class technology** (e.g., Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Predictive Analytics etc.) to accomplish goals. Contribute to efforts to implement technology to increase productivity (e.g., report optimization) and to ensure accurate conclusions. + **Communicate results** in a compelling, timely, and understandable message through storytelling while leveraging varied data sources and information. + **Support the office of the Gaming CFO:** perform analysis to aid strategic decision making and answer most burning business questions coming from the office of the Gaming division CFO (Chief Financial Officer). + **Financial Rhythms** : Assist in key financial rhythms: month-end close process, forecasting and budgeting. Provide business leader support and actionable insights during financial close periods. Review recurring financial statements, reporting, forecasts and presentations. Identify trends, and formulate action plans. Determine financial results and conducts variance analyses. Identify causes and solutions. Collaborate to ensure execution of plans and accountability for results. + **Proven ability to look beyond the numbers:** Effective at cultivating diverse data outlets and connecting the information into a cohesive qualitative story. + **Other:** Embody our culture and values **Qualifications** **Required Qualifications** + Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field + OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field + OR equivalent experience. **Preferred Qualifications** + Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience + OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or Finance work experience + OR equivalent experience. + 1+ year(s) work experience in the technology or software industry. + 1+ year(s) work experience in matrix-based organization. + 1+ year(s) experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles. Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
