The Finance Manager is responsible for managing financial deliverables and analysis for the enterprise-wide One Ecolab project. This role will support One Ecolab initiatives and maintain strong financial and accounting controls.

This role reports to the GBS+ Global Controller and is based in Buenos Aires.

What you will do:

• Oversee One Ecolab accounting, forecasting, and planning activities for expense and capital expenditures

• Develop and maintain efficient processes and controls

• Develop and maintain tracking of One Ecolab financial and savings metrics for internal business partners; coordinate and deliver monthly reporting to key stakeholders

· Support GBS+ controller with insights and analysis for executive leadership materials

· Supervise and develop two analysts

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 5-7 years of accounting and/or financial analysis

• Advanced in Excel (including vlookups, pivot tables, building and maintaining models)

• Demonstrated ability in variance analysis, reconciliations, month-end, and forecasting

• Ability to drive change and standardize process and procedure

• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)

Preferred qualifications:

• Strong financial acumen with a background in accounting (US GAAP)

• Self-motivated with ability to efficiently organize and prioritize competing priorities

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to navigate matrix organizations and varying stakeholders

• Supervisor experience preferred but not required

• Potential to grow beyond the current role
