The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing financial operations across multiple locations, ensuring accurate reporting, budget management, and strategic financial planning. This role partners closely with operational leaders to support cost-saving initiatives, maintain compliance with financial policies, and provide insights that drive business decisions. The Finance Manager will lead financial reviews, support audits, manage forecasting, and contribute to new business development. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
This position will support ABM's Business & Industry Group in Southern California.
Pay: $ $68,000 - $85,000 /annually
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Essential Functions:
Responsible for maintaining strong financial oversight and supporting operational teams with budget planning and analysis Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews and reporting Monitor and manage financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities Support ABM activities in cost control and savings initiatives Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls Prepare and submit professional-level reports, forecasts, and correspondence Collaborate with HR, operations, and other departments to support business goals Assist in the development of new business opportunities through financial modeling and analysis Support audits and ensure timely submission of financial documentation May supervise junior finance staff or analysts Perform other duties as assigned or requestedKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in financial management or analysis Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA preferred) Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Experience with financial systems and reporting tools preferred
