About the Role:

The Regional Finance Manager leads financial management for a defined geography, covering both entity and client finance. The role is accountable for statutory reporting, financial controls, client P&L analysis, and revenue assurance.

As a senior business partner, the RFM supports the Regional Finance Director and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to drive financial performance.

What You Will Be Doing:

Financial Reporting & Control

Oversee timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. Ensure delivery of statutory accounts and compliance with IFRS/local GAAP. Maintain internal controls, coordinate audits, and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.

Client Finance & Revenue Assurance

Lead client-level financial reporting including P&L and margin analysis. Oversee revenue assurance, accruals, and reconciliations. Provide constructive challenge to cost centre owners and functional leaders, ensuring alignment of resource allocation with business priorities. Support pricing, contract performance tracking, and commercial insight.

Business Partnering & Insight

Act as primary finance contact for regional business and client leaders. Deliver meaningful insight and challenge to drive performance improvement. Translate financial outcomes into clear operational implications.

Process Improvement & Systems

Lead continuous improvement initiatives across finance operations. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in ERP and reporting systems. Drive alignment with group finance processes and best practices.

People Leadership

Line manage a team of senior and junior accountants. Set clear objectives and lead performance and development conversations. Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture.

Who You Are:

Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 5+ years post-qualification experience. Strong blend of technical, commercial, and people leadership capabilities. Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. Multinational or multi-entity experience preferred. Fluent in ERP systems and strong in Excel/data analysis.
