Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Analysis:Prepare monthly financial performance reports comparing to forecast and budget.Assist in the annual budget and strategic planning cycles, including scenario analysis.Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) across lending products (e.g., Student loans, Home Equity, Credit Card, Citizens Pay).Maintain and update trackers for expense initiatives and staffing efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Consumer Bank Central Team) to ensure adherence to key deliverable timelines and content.Ensure accuracy of financial data across systems and templates.Support implementation of new reporting tools or enhancements to existing platforms.Aggregate and communicate monthly Risks and Opportunities (R&O).Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Hands-on experience in financial analysis - experience in consumer lending or banking is a strong plus.Advanced Excel skills are a must; familiarity with tools like Essbase, Dodeca, or similar platforms is a bonus.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to partner effectively across departments.A track record of juggling multiple priorities and consistently meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented and analytically driven.Passionate about using data to influence business outcomesHours & Work Schedule
