Finance Manager
As the Finance Manager in the JTI Jordan Finance Function, you will lead all finance-related activities for both Jordanian entities (Market and Factory), reporting directly to the Jordan and Palestine CFO. You will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, effective day-to-day operations, and compliance with both IFRS and local GAAP, while working cross-functionally with all related stakeholders P&C, Sales, Marketing, tax, etc.
Position:
• Managing monthly financial closing and reporting processes in line with corporate standards
• Overseeing day-to-day finance operations, including AR/AP, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Leading internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate IFRS/statutory reporting
• Providing financial advice and insight to senior management for strategic decision-making
• Preparing and reviewing weekly cash flow reports and monitoring AR aging and credit limits
• Ensuring local accounting procedures align with corporate policies
• Collaborating cross-functionally during month-end and for ad hoc leadership requests
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Minimum 9 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a multinational environment
• Strong command of English and Arabic
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus
• Experience with SAP ECC and SAP HANA
• Deep understanding of IFRS and local GAAP
• Strong decision-making, analytical, communication, and leadership skills
