Completion of the APAC region monthly close using accrual accounting methods:Revenue and expense accrualsOther Accruals and provisions – build up a process to ensure these are identified from within the businessAccounts Payable:
P2P process – overseeing AP process with 2 AP Analysts, ensuring invoices are processed within SLAsFollowing up on queries/ outstanding deliverables by AP teamEnsuring vendor reconciliations are done on a timely basisManaging cashflow and reviewing payments to vendorsOnboarding new vendors into the financial system and maintenance of current vendorsAccounts Receivable
Funding process – managing the cost reports and reviewing monthly invoice submission to client for fundingTracking Accounts Receivable aging and following up on outstanding invoices/ paymentsEnsuring funds are remitted to corporate office timelyAnalytics and reporting
Monthly contract spend variance reporting: results versus budgetMonth post close variance reporting; key commentary reviewsCompletion of corporate journals for revenue gross up and other related entriesCompletion of all month end reporting deliverableBenchmarking and analysis of commercial contractsPlanning
Assist in driving the annual business plan working with the operation leadersTraining
Proactively provide training, coaching and support to Facility and Site Managers on a wide variety of business and financial issues to ensure satisfactory site performance versus plansProvide the structure and information resources necessary for cost control and continuous cost improvement with consistency from site to siteOthers
Assist in various Forecast and AOP processesManaging administrator tasks for current ERP systemSupporting Global Finance Director in key enhancement projectsAd-hoc tasks as required by Global Finance DirectorAbout you:
5+ Years’ experienceExperience working across multiple markets and region will be an advantageQualified CA/ CPAKnowledge in Yardi, JDE, WorkDay and SAP preferredExcellent skills in MS Excel and MS PowerpointWhy join Cushman & Wakefield?
