We have two vacancies in our Supply Chain Finance teams. One role will be based at South Melbourne, one at Scoresby site.

As Finance Manager for Supply Chain, your day to day will focus on partnering with our Supply Chain Business to deliver insightful analysis and influencing ways of working to improve performance. Success in this role will require you develop trust throughout everything you do, becoming an invaluable member of our finance team.  

How you will contribute:

Play a pivotal role in the finance component of planning, reporting and forecasting for Central Supply Chain Support monthly forecasts and annual plan submissionsPartner with key stakeholders to drive our strategic initiatives and productivity agendaActively contribute to and provide support for projects and initiatives undertaken by the finance teamEnsure a strong controls and compliance environment in your area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policiesContribute to a high-performing Finance team; you will also invest in your personal development and the development of your Finance peers

To thrive in this role, you will have:

Minimum 8-10 years’ experience working at a similar role in FMCG, manufacturing, or like industryExcellent business acumen and influencing skillsStrong stakeholder management skills and high change agilityFinancial acumen and commercial understandingProfessionally qualified, CPA, CIMA or CA preferred

More about you:

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial planning and performance management including data collection and structuring, analysing, planning and reporting company financial performance across all financial KPIs and investment decisions and cost management to achieve financial targets.BUSINESS ACUMEN and understanding of our business, consumer packaged goods industry, and local snacking market dynamics.LEADERSHIP SKILLS including experience with business partnering and communication skills across a large regional or local public company.GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to identify/execute opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.INTEGRITY and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values and policies and external regulations.
