**Finance Manager, Strategic Finance** **Carrigtwohill, Cork - 12-month contract (hybrid)** **Job Summary** In this 12-month contract, this role provides a great opportunity to bring your breadth of finance experience from within the corporate environment to work with cross-functional teams and act as a true business partner to senior level stakeholders across the business on a global basis. Additionally, you will have flexibility to work on your own initiative and take ownership. People who enjoy analyzing data or trends for the purposes of planning, forecasting, advising, budgeting, reporting, or sales opportunities. **What you** **will do** + Key member of theStrategic Financeleadership team + Develop & sustain relationships with leaderswithStrategic Business Partners (M&A, Plant Network, Make Buy), Strategic Finance, and GQO Finance teams + Support business due diligence of acquisition and divestiture targets + Lead and execute required report-outsMonitorperformance and provide analysis to all levels of management to enable GQO to meet itscommitment and respond to targets. + Develop innovative financial metrics which will be insightful formonitoringtheobjectivesand specific achievementsrelatedall strategic projects across the finance team. + Proven ability toinfluence acrossthe organization by building global relationships. Ensure business and financial context is understood and represented in program design and decisions + Establish priorities, imparting a sense of urgency and importance to the team, disciplined governance structures, while implementing best practice Financial Project Managementmethodologyin project execution + Negotiate and own Capex andOpexbudgets.  + Ensure compliance with statutory requirements across all international reporting regions. + Influence and educate Strategic Business Partners (M&A, Plant Network, Make Buy)in delivery of financial commitments by strengtheningtheir financial acumen through training forums. + All other duties as assigned   **What you need** + Arecognisedprofessional accounting qualification and preferably a broad business qualification + 10 Years + post qualification experience working in a multi-national preferably in an FDA Regulated Industry + A thorough understanding of accounting and financialprincipals,budgetingreporting, financialanalysisand forecasting + High levelof strategic financial development and solid business acumen + Havedemonstratedthe ability to both think strategically as well as build and execute action plans. + Working with all disciplines at every level in promoting the development of services, business plans, budgetmanagementand cost controls + Demonstrated record of driving change and improvement + Ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships at all levels both within theorganisationand with third parties + Self-directed and ability to influence across theorganisationat multiple levels. + Must be comfortable in a matrix-management environment. + A 'can-do' attitude to all business challenges + Superior communication skills both quantitative and qualitative Posted Date: 01/14/2026 This role will be posted for a minimum of 3 days.
