Lead the finance planning and analysis for Meta’s server investments, from budgeting, forecasting, long range planning and earnings preparation. 2. Partner with Meta’s infrastructure business partners to ensure adequate allocation of capital and operating expenses towards designing new servers, buying and installing servers in data centers, and maintaining servers to run reliably. 3. Provide regular reporting and analysis to the business partners and develop accurate forecasts to drive accountability and to inform investor guidance. 4. Own end-to-end partnerships with a range of senior business leaders across Capacity, Hardware Engineering, Sourcing. 5. Provide objective recommendations on business strategy, investments, and operations. 6. Build financial models to inform business decision making on key server infrastructure investments and cost saving initiatives. **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 7. Bachelor’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Management, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or related field and 8 years of work experience in the job offered or a finance-related occupation 8. Requires 8 years of experience in the following: 9. 1. Building relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders across levels and functions 10. 2. Working in a complex, fast-paced environment 11. 3. Manipulating data and turn them into insightful business recommendations 12. 4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as Tax, Accounting, Operations, and provide end-to-end financial support 13. 5. Developing annual budget plan for operating expenses, capital expenses and headcount that support the business to meet their annual goals 14. 6. Measuring actual spend against the budget, holding business teams accountable to their financial objectives, proposing and driving actions in partnership with business partners 15. 7. Identifying savings opportunities for operating expenses and capital expenses while driving them with the business, AND 16. 8.
