Meta is seeking to fill a position on the RL Consolidations team, responsible for Rev/COGS consolidations for Reality Labs. In this role, you will gain invaluable experience with visibility into Meta's business & operations and have broad impact within the Finance organization. You will be very involved with high-profile strategic and operational initiatives, deliver business analytics and insights, and facilitate the growth of our financial & business planning processes to support an increasingly complex ecosystem. You will also contribute meaningfully to business planning & forecasting and support strategic projects with opportunities for broad cross-functional interactions. Successful candidates for this team have a bias towards action, detail oriented, exceptional partnership and communication skills, and know-how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast.
**Required Skills:**
Finance Manager, Reality Labs Consolidation Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the monthly and quarterly close activities for revenue and cost of goods sold (COGS) consolidations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of financial results. Drive forecasting processes to provide reliable financial outlooks
2. Own the development and maintenance of long-range financial plans and annual budgets related to revenue and COGS. Collaborate with product finance and cross-functional teams to align financial plans with business strategy and growth objectives
3. Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and key drivers impacting revenue and COGS. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support decision-making and business performance improvement
4. Collaborate with product finance teams to ensure alignment on financial assumptions, data integrity, and reporting requirements. Act as a key liaison to translate business needs into financial processes and outputs
5. Continuously evaluate existing consolidation and reporting processes to identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency improvements. Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance data quality
6. Maintain internal controls over revenue and COGS consolidation activities to ensure compliance with accounting standards and corporate policies
**Minimum Qualifications:**

7. 10+ years of finance or financial planning and analysis experience
8. BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent
9. Experience with financial statement analysis and a knowledge of corporate finance concepts
10. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in interpreting complex data and communicating insights effectively
11. Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis software, such as Excel, Access, and financial planning tools like Essbase/Hyperion

12. Experience in a management consulting firm, investment bank, or a high-growth tech company

14. MBA or MS in quantitative field
15. Consolidation experience in a large company
16. Detail-oriented and experience to multi-task and shift priorities quickly under pressure and tight deadlines
17. Effective communication skills and experience in distilling vast amounts of information into a clear and concise story
18. Experience developing frameworks and solutions to high-level questions with limited supervision
19. Experience managing multiple workstreams end-to-end

$142,000/year to $205,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
