This Finance Manager role is in the Residential HVAC business unit (BU) and will support the product growth teams (PGT), strategic initiatives, and Market Share in-depth insights and analysis. The role reports into the Res HVAC Finance Leader, will have two direct reports & will be a key support and advisor to the VP, Product Management. The Finance Manager will also provide financial leadership across multiple organizations in the BU, including product management, engineering, marketing, digital, and strategy.

Where is the work:
From Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. On Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.
What you will do:
Provide market and share analysis and insights to the product management and commercial teams to drive business decisions & market outperformance
Partner with the product management team to develop pricing insights, proposals and recommendations
Partner with the product management team to provide product forecasts, report on product performance, providing insights into; price, margins, volume, and mix
Support the SIOP process through aligning market & business outlooks with input from product management, sales, and supply chain to optimize manufacturing planning and inventory levels
Support gate review process for new product development and other projects
Serve as the Finance lead for environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting and analysis
Financial ownership of budgets for product management
Lead, coach, and develop high performance team members
What you will bring:
Four-year degree in accounting or finance required; MBA and/or CPA preferred
10+ years of experience within the Finance function of a publicly held global Corporation required
Excellent communicator with demonstrated influencing skills and the ability to build and leverage internal and external alliances with a high level of social and cultural sensitivity
Excellent analytical and modeling skills
Collaborator with a strong ability to build relationships and trust with executive management and stakeholders
Experience leading teams in financial cycles
Ability to identify process improvements and drive change, efficiency and standardization of the company’s processes
Possess excellent organization and time management skills to be able to handle several assignments at one time and work in matrix organization

Understanding of performance drivers across the P&L, cash flow and balance sheet
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $105,000-249,500
Additional Compensation: This role is also AIM eligible.
