**Summary:**
Meta is seeking a Finance Manager to join our Data Center Finance & Business Planning (FBP) team. FBP’s mission is to enable Meta to plan, prioritize, and execute as effectively as possible. FBP brings an objective perspective to the data and decisions that we support. You will be responsible for supporting the Data Center team, which designs, builds, and operates our global data center infrastructure footprint for Meta. You will serve as the key liaison between Finance and the Data Center team and manage issues related to data center strategy, design, cost profile, financial reporting & forecasting, and planning, such as resource prioritization and business management related to Meta’s multi-billion-dollar investments. With a demonstrated understanding of the business levers underlying the operations of our Data Center team, you will be responsible for helping the business to drive toward well-informed decisions.
**Required Skills:**
Finance Manager, Infrastructure Data Center Responsibilities:
1. Serve as one of the primary finance advisors for multiple operational and strategic groups responsible for executing Data Center strategy over a 10-year timeframe
2. Partner with business to build cost effective and schedule optimized strategies for future data center projects
3. Lead FP&A activities for the business including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across CapEx (Capital Expenditure), OpEx (Operating Expenditure), and headcount
4. Drive reporting that includes financial performance, detailed reporting of key expense and other metrics, and executive level explanations of variances and trends
5. Lead the preparation of financial analysis, commentary, and presentation materials for financial updates to finance leadership including the CFO
6. Lead key initiatives to continuously improve and automate Meta’s financial controls and operations
**Minimum Qualifications:**

7. 10+ years of experience in Financial Planning, Investment Banking or Management Consulting
8. Understanding of infrastructure, construction, telecom and/or related markets
9. Experience building cross-functional relationships and partnering with leadership of organizations
10. Analytical skills to translate large amounts of data into useful information

12. Experience managing Long Range Planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
13. Experience navigating ambiguity, tackling unstructured problems, and driving clarity
14. Experience in finance, strategy, or operations within a high-growth or technology-focused environment
**Public Compensation:**
$142,000/year to $205,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
