Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager, FP&A to provide comprehensive financial planning and analysis support for a dynamic Global Technology organization. This role involves driving annual operating plans, rolling forecasts, and delivering insightful financial reports to guide strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
Provide financial planning and analysis support for the Global Technology organization.Drive annual operating plans, rolling forecasts, and monthly financial reporting.Perform variance analysis and communicate key financial drivers and trends.Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities.Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and performance metrics.Analyze large and complex data sets to deliver actionable financial insights.Assist with business case development and ad hoc financial analysis.Support process improvements related to forecasting, reporting, and financial systems.Collaborate effectively with finance peers and cross-functional partners in a matrixed organization.Essential Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance.Strong FP&A experience with a focus on forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.Solid understanding of month-end close and financial reporting processes.Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.Ability to synthesize complex data into clear and concise insights.Excellent communication skills.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience supporting technology or operational cost centers preferred.Experience with Oracle EPM and/or Hyperion Essbase is a strong plus.Experience working with enterprise financial systems and large data environments.Experience in process improvement or financial automation initiatives.Technology or SaaS industry background.Work Environment
The position offers a hybrid work environment, requiring on-site presence from Tuesday to Thursday in Foster City. The role involves significant use of Excel for complex modeling and data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Foster City, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $48.00 - $57.00/hr.
