What you will do:
Assist in closing, forecasting, and reporting total Cytiva results, providing in-depth analytics and commentary to senior leadership while also assisting with the financial and operational statistical submissions to Danaher Corporate and manage total Cytiva monthly bowlers reporting.Become the key finance contact for the broader team on financial reporting systems and mappings while creating and maintaining a wide range of reports and dashboards for distribution across finance teams. This includes partnering with the Controllership team to ensure accurate financial statements.Validate and approve changes in the management reporting structure, ensuring accuracy.Help drive continuous improvement in FP&A financial planning and reporting tools (Onestream, Qlik), including a focus on continuous process improvement automation and standard work creation.Support internal SOX audit and external audit requests, and coordinate ad-hoc analytics based on business needs.Who you are:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, with 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, and demonstrated progressive financial responsibility.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems (OneStream, Qlik, Oracle preferred) with strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to process and summarize complex data sets in Excel. Enjoys working with financial systems and large datasets.Capability to manage small projects from planning through execution and adapt to changing priorities, demonstrating being comfortable working in a high-energy, rapidly changing, and demanding environment.Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to handle competing requests and prioritize tasks in real-time, and the capability to understand and complete processes independentlyA personality that embraces continuous learning and demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset.Join our winning team today.
