You will be a Financial Management Manager, serving as a Cost Control Manager for multiple contracts and contract types. Our team is responsible for driving financial excellence and collaborating with program leadership, finance leadership, and customers.

What You Will Be Doing
As a Financial Management Manager, you will lead a program finance team and interface with other functional finance and planning teams to drive financial excellence. You will perform financial analysis and forecasting, consolidate financial results, and develop forward-looking data analytics to inform business decisions.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading a program finance team and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Leading Contract Status Review (CSR) and Long Range Planning (LRP) analysis and preparing recommendations for leadership
• Implementing DFARS EVMS to ensure compliance with company policies
• Consolidating financial results and developing data analytics to inform financial strategy
• Providing actionable recommendations to key stakeholders and maintaining compliance with internal and external policies and regulations

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Program Finance experience
- Earned Value experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Good communication skills
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
- SAP / Cobra / Oracle knowledge
- Quarterly Contract Status Review (CSR) and Long-Range planning (LRP) experience
- Defense industry Development/Production experience
- Ability to work independently and as a leader
of a team on numerous concurrent deliverables
under tight deadlines
- Demonstrated strong financial/analytical and
organizational/prioritization skills
- Strong Presentation skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
