The Opportunity

We are seeking a Finance Leadership Team Graduate/Analyst to join our Brisbane team.

What you can expect from this assignment:

Direct exposure to the CFO and Finance Leadership Team;An opportunity to gain knowledge and understanding of how BDA Finance operates;Exposure to Finance Strategy development and implementation;Flexible work roster and hours (work days/hours can be spread across the week to suit study commitments).

The key responsibilities of the role will involve:

Co-ordination of the Boeing Defence Australia Business Performance Council (BPC) PackCo-ordination of Boeing Australia Holdings Board Meeting chartsSupport and Co-ordination of FLT meetingsFinance Newsletter support for CFO inputsSupport FLT and AsiaPac ad-hoc requests/data call outsSupport Finance strategic initiatives and track statusSupport and co-ordination of finance offsites/eventsSupport finance executive visitor travel arrangementsDevelop 12 month finance plan/calendarCo-ordinate any Core LT block party preparation for the CFO including recognitionsPreparation of Finance People Metrics (headcount, retention, overtime etc.)Preparation of Talent Management Meetings Agendas and presentationsCo-ordination and support to Quarterly Talent People ForumsManagement of Finance DL's, Group Mailbox and Drive access requestsManage Finance SharePoint and BDA Intranet updates for FinanceOther ad-hoc duties as required in FP&A or other areas of Finance.

To be successful in this role you will have/be:

Recently graduated or graduating in 2025 in accounting, business or commerce disciplines.A “Can Do” attitude and an interest in expanding your knowledge in FinanceHighly motivated with demonstrated time management skills.
