BGIS is seeking an experienced Finance Lead to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the VP Finance, and acting as a trusted partner to the Managing Director, PDS, this is a key role in transforming our Advisory Finance function into a best-in-class commercial and strategic enabler.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Finance Transformation across PDS, Professional Services, and CE—embedding efficient processes, best practices, and a customer-first mindset. Deliver Accurate & Insightful Reporting across P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, working capital, and risks & opportunities. Implement Labour Models to optimise project resource allocation, productivity, and monthly reporting. Establish Labour Gearing Ratios for benchmarking and conduct annual reviews to align with strategic goals. Partner with Business Leaders to provide data-driven insights and commercial support for strategic decisions. Develop & Mentor Talent by managing a high-performing team and building robust succession plans. Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration by maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and business units.What You Bring
CA, CPA, or CIMA Qualification (CA preferred). Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting. 5–10 Years’ Finance Experience, with deep expertise in project accounting and PoC methodology. Strong Knowledge of IFRS 15 and its application in project finance. Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and commercial support. Exceptional Leadership & Communication Skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Advanced Excel Skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage competing priorities.Why BGIS?
