Overview Join us as Finance Lead and drive financial strategy for Production vertical in Mauritius in collaboration with the regional CFO and international teams. Responsibilities Financial planning, development of accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and financial reports. Conduct financial performance analysis, identifying deviations from planned budgets, focus on Profit and Loss Statements (P/L) and Balance Sheets (BS). Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and improved efficiency in financial operations. Oversee month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring adherence to local and international financial standards. Gather and analyze financial results from the Mauritius operations to support the regional CFO in strategic decision-making. Conduct in-depth profitability analyses, providing actionable recommendations to enhance business performance. Qualifications A strong accounting background is essential. Experience in controlling will be a significant advantage. Proficiency in MS Excel. Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders. Experience working with tight deadlines and within international organizational structures. Attention to detail, responsiveness, and problem-solving and affinity for taking on challenges is a must. The candidate should be approachable with excellent interpersonal skills.
