We are currently searching for a Finance & Real Estate Analyst to support a key client in Amsterdam, contributing to financial operations, member management, and real estate reporting.

Job Description:
Role Overview
• Organize customer setup and financial onboarding of new members using Salesforce and SERP.
• Initiate and manage member invoicing, including invoice approval and issue resolution.
• Act as the first point of contact for member inquiries related to invoicing and payments.
• Report on payment status bi-monthly and manage late payments in coordination with Credit Ops and Receivables Management.
• Support contract renewals by calculating membership fees and updating Salesforce.
• Create Work Orders, Service Entries, and Purchase Orders for Real Estate activities.
• Lead financial forecasting and reporting for both membership and real estate portfolios.
• Draft and update contracts, manage signage, and maintain accurate member records in Salesforce.

Skills & Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of finance processes and systems, including SERP/SAP and RtP.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with solid presentation and reporting skills.
• Analytical mindset with a delivery-focused approach.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, both written and verbal.
• Experience with Salesforce is highly valued.
