Life Time is looking for a summer intern in their Development and Fixed Asset Accounting Group. This internship will work closely with the Senior Manager for project and various duties. Some of these include depreciation expense calculations, additions and disposal maintenance in FAS and Workday, company and general ledger account reclasses, equipment allocations, maintaining project files, updating project forecasts and ad hoc reporting and analysis.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Conducts a variety of general administrative tasks as assignedWorks cross-functionally with teams to execute strategies to meet business needsHelps improve administration proceduresObserves multiple office positions and trains in a variety of tasksAttends company meetings and functions as neededAssists in other miscellaneous tasks as neededMinimum Required Qualifications
Performs critical monthly/quarterly close tasks Performs account reconciliationsResearches and corrects account discrepanciesProvides monthly reportingResponds to ad hoc requestsSupports ongoing projects and initiativesFamiliarity with Microsoft Office productsEducation:
