Danfoss Queretaro FC plant is excited to welcome a Finance Intern to join their vibrant team!

In this role, you'll dive into analyzing financial data, help prepare month-end results related to sales, expenses, assets, and liabilities, and lend a hand with reconciliations. As an intern, you'll have the opportunity to manage balance sheet reconciliations following established guidelines, ensuring everything is in compliance, while also handling transactions and liabilities.

Job Responsibilities

As finance intern you will support in the following activities:

 

Follow up on strategic and profit plans. Work with the SAP FICO module. Focus on aging and clearance. Handle expense reporting and troubleshooting. Assist with month-end reconciliations. Manage requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and milestones. Monitor aging in open items. Help with reconciliations and confirmations. Analyze reconciliation packages and working capital insights. Support asset transfers and depreciation lines. Contribute to monthly financial results. Review trial balances. Manage risk assessments, freight, and expenditure reporting. Ensure careful balance sheet evaluations.

 

 

Background & Skills

We're looking for someone who brings a unique set of skills to the table!

If you're an active Bachelor's degree student in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and have at least a year left in your program, we would love to hear from you! A good grasp of electronic data processing and financial reporting systems, along with proficiency in spreadsheet software, would be fantastic. We're also seeking someone with effective communication skills (both english and spanish) who thrives in a collaborative environment and is driven to achieve results. Your ability to make decisions and solve problems will be key! Strong ethics and a professional presence are essential. If you have a sense of urgency, are proactive, and stay organized, you sound like the perfect fit!
