Job DescriptionPrepare and verify daily financial transactions, journal entries, and reconciliationsSupport month-end and year-end closing processesHandle accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processingAssist with income audit, revenue checks, and variance analysisMonitor departmental expenses and support budget control initiativesCoordinate with Procurement, Stores, Front Office, F&B, and HR teamsEnsure compliance with internal policies, audit standards, and local regulationsSupport inventory counts, stock reconciliations, and cost control activitiesAssist in preparing financial reports and management summariesQualificationsBachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or hotel environment.Strong understanding of hotel revenue systems (Opera Cloud, Micros POS, Sun Systems, or similar).Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.Good command of English (written and spoken).Knowledge of Maldives taxation and accounting standards is an advantage.Local (preferably female)
