The PositionRoche Diagnostics is looking for a Finance Excellence Partner (Digital Finance Specialist) based on any current location in LATAM Region (agnostic) who defines how we do Finance by operating 100% above-country to shape a more standardized, efficient, and digitally enabled finance function. FxPs are key drivers of transformation, collaborating across affiliates to design and implement best-in-class processes, drive automation and digitalization, and build a robust backbone of data and compliance. Through excellence in financial reporting, planning, and systems, FxPs enhance business performance and enable impactful, insight-driven decision-making in a dynamic and networked environment.
The main responsibilities:
Financial Reporting
Lead the implementation of enterprise-wide reporting solutions. (e.g., CPT, Cost Central Report, ARA, Daily Sales) and affiliate engagement with regional projects related to Reporting (ReportX).
Lead monthly LT reporting deck creation and automation.
Planning and Monitoring
Define and coordinate the affiliate planning process in an above country level.
Lead planning template design and automation.
Automate calculations of depreciation from a given Instrument Placement, Accounts Payable and Non-instrument depreciation.
Support Monthly Outlook process (FINE tool).
Oversee monitoring of actuals across P&L, OPEX, COGS, instrument placement, and balance sheet.
Digital, Automation & AI
Act as Digital Catalyst for LATAM, promoting innovation in finance through tools and technologies
Participate in the FxP Digital Community, leading initiatives in RPA, analytics, and AI integration.
Finance Process Excellence
Define, implement, and optimize financial processes, master data governance, and data structures.
Be a SPOC for financial systems.
Provide ICFR evidence and monitoring of deviations.
GDC ADMIN - SPOC for Autopull Maintenance
Coordination, guidance and execution of data cleansing for Aspire.
Other
Lead or support financial compliance, and regional training efforts.
Drive readiness for projects and digital capability building.
Be the liaison to various stakeholders across the global Roche finance environment (e.g. eCoE, RSS).
Who you are
Professional with bachelor degree.
Experience and knowledge in automation, digital finance, and AI tools.
English language written and spoken.
Robust analytical skills, including business process improvement expertise. Solid understanding of management and financial accounting will be a differential.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a growth mindset.
Ability to work and thrive in a networked environment, cross-departments, stakeholders and geographies.
Experience navigating and working in networks across geographies, business and roles / self organised teams.
A strong business understanding to drive innovation effectively.
