The PositionWe are looking for a Finance Enterprise Partner supporting Pharma Technical Operations.
PT is involved in producing every Roche medicine – from the development process through clinical trials and continuing to product maturity. Our organization coordinates all aspects of production of Roche medicines in all disease areas and dosage forms. This position will support the Drug Substance Manufacturing Operations in Basel, Switzerland.

You will bring strong technical expertise together with the ability to constructively challenging the status quo and work in a self-aligning team with minimal hierarchy. In addition, there is the opportunity to impact across the broader organization, leading or participating in network-wide initiatives as part of a global finance team.
The OpportunityProvide financial leadership and strategic insights to the site leadership team, steering business outcomes and fostering trusted relationships with key business leaders.
Translate key business priorities into effective financial strategies to achieve the ambitions of both Pharma and PT.
Integrate operational and financial knowledge to understand key variance drivers and provide actionable insights that influence decision-making and drive performance.
Own and present key financial data and strategies for annual planning (OPEX and CAPEX), aligning with long-term enterprise goals and surfacing potential risks and opportunities.
Apply financial rigor to business case reviews for site and network capital projects, providing financial leadership for multi-site projects as needed.
Lead or participate in initiatives and squads focused on improving business processes and harmonizing financial practices across the manufacturing network.
Who You AreYou have at least 5 years of relevant finance experience, with at least two years in a manufacturing environment.
You possess excellent business and financial acumen, with a consistent track record of influencing and building consensus within cross-functional teams.
You are an entrepreneurial self-starter who can effectively navigate ambiguity and uncertainty.
You are skilled at stakeholder management and can present and influence senior management on complex topics and business cases.
You have a good understanding of production cost accounting and are fluent in written and spoken English. German is a plus.
