Overall accountability for KDB financial matters in a FL unit. Drives & supports management team to find levers for profitable growth, ensures margin improvement and positive cash conversion development. Accountable for efficient finance processes, internal controls and compliance to local regulation, as well as resourcing and performance management of the FL finance team.
Effective business partnering
• Drive business performance and decision-making by providing strategic guidance, actionable insights, and recommendations to business stakeholders in FL
• Develop and support the KDB strategy implementation, specifically in customer-facing finance activities such as invoicing, collection and working capital development
• Strategic planning at the FL management team level helping to drive topline growth and operational efficiency
Efficient financial transactions
• Accountable for end-to-end finance processes performance in FL
• Accountable for complete and accurate financial records of FL legal entities, including timely audit completion
• Accountable for compliance with local statutory requirements and regulations in areas of financial reporting, treasury, and tax
Internal controls & compliance
• Accountable for ensuring implementation and compliance of internal controls and company policies
Leading and developing the team
• Accountable for leading and coaching the team of Finance professionals, ensuring team performance management, talent development & succession planning
Key competencies and experience
• At least 7 years of experience in Finance leadership role
• Business acumen – proven track record of successful business partnering • Preferably Master’s degree in Finance or relevant field
• Experience in working in matrix organization and with external service providers
• Strong communication and presentation skills, English as working language • Integrity and prior working experience on internal controls
