We are seeking a Finance Director to lead financial operations and serve as the statutory representative for our North America entity. This role combines strategic financial leadership with hands-on operational involvement and legal entity responsibility within a global environment.
Based in Knoxville, this individual will oversee all financial activities, ensure strong governance and compliance, and actively support the business by stepping into day-to-day needs when required.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the statutory legal representative for the North America entity, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and governance requirements.Lead all financial activities, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial controls.Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and deliver accurate, timely financial reporting.Provide financial insights and analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.Maintain strong internal controls, risk management practices, and audit readiness.Support board governance, including preparation of materials, participation in meetings, and execution of resolutions.Oversee statutory filings, tax compliance support, treasury activities, and banking relationships.Partner closely with global finance and leadership teams to ensure alignment with group reporting and standards.Support IFRS reporting and consolidation, including U.S. GAAP reconciliation where required.Lead and develop finance and administrative functions, fostering a collaborative and accountable team culture.Take initiative to assist with day-to-day financial and operational activities as needed, demonstrating a hands-on, proactive approach.Support ERP initiatives, system enhancements, and continuous process improvement efforts.QualificationsProven experience in a finance leadership role (Finance Manager, Finance Director, or equivalent).Strong knowledge of U.S. financial, regulatory, and legal entity requirements.Experience with IFRS reporting in an international or global organization.Solid experience with financial control, budgeting, forecasting, and audit/compliance.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; CPA or equivalent preferred.Job Type & Location

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $72.11 - $96.15/hr.
