This leadership role requires an agile, strategic thinker with a deep understanding of regional healthcare markets, regulatory environments, and go-to-market strategies for new markets such as China. This senior finance leader will work closely with the head of the Heart Recovery business in Asia-Pacific and support a business with FY sales of ~$100M and assume responsibility for a current team of ~8 finance professionals. The role is focused on driving business performance, offering thought leadership, and applying analytical frameworks to enhance the financial performance of the business. As a people leader, you will be responsible for talent development, organizational design and hiring, coaching, and fostering a culture of impact and accountability.
