Marsh McLennan is seeking a high-caliber Finance Director to lead Financial Planning & Analysis across Marsh Saudi, Bahrain, and MMC Middle East. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving financial strategy, performance insights, and commercial decision-making across the region.
About the Role
As the Finance Director, you will be a strategic partner to business leaders, driving financial planning, reporting, and performance management across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. You will lead a small regional team, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and act as a critical liaison between regional operations and global headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes for Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and MMC Middle East
Deliver high-impact financial insights to support business decision-making
Manage and develop a direct report in Bahrain; support wider regional financial operations
Partner with senior leadership across operations, FP&A, and controllership functions
Implement process improvements and ensure alignment with global standards
Support due diligence activities and corporate initiatives across the region
Ensure compliance with internal reporting and SOX requirements
What Makes You Stand Out
15+ years of finance experience, with a track record of success in insurance or financial services
Professional certification is mandatory: CFA, CPA, CA, or ACCA
(SOCPA preferred; CMA not applicable)
Experience reporting to international headquarters (London or Singapore ideal)
Proven leadership in strategic financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis
Strong commercial mindset and business partnership skills
Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management capabilities
Comfortable working in dynamic, high-performance environments with a hands-on approach
