Job Description Summary

- Manage data updates within PPT (Portfolio Planning Tool) to ensure
they are aligned with Lease Admin System
- Liaise with stakeholders to obtain monthly updates
- Support Estates Data Admin Coordinator with CRF (Change request
forms)
- Drive improvements in maintaining data updates in PPT

Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

Manage the daily updates of PPT based on CRFs completedRun reports to show changes processed in PPT vs changes processed in Lease Admin systemCoordinate the updates for quarterly Budget/Forecast runsLiaise with key stakeholder to obtain strategy updates and ERVs to be updated in PPTSupport and act as back up for Estates Data CoordinatorAssist Client Accountant with any ad-hoc tasks such as chasing reditors or debtors for balances

Required Technical Experience:

Awareness of basic accounting conceptsIT literate – Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel – minimum level to include Pivots and advance formulae

Good written and verbal communication skillsConfidence to interact and deal with stakeholders at all levelsAbility to multi-task and prioritiseExcellent time management skillsAbility to work on own initiative and as part of a teamResults/deadline orientated with the emphasis on accuracy and qualityProcess driven and appreciates the importance of effective controlsPlaces a priority on developing own knowledge and skills
