What you’ll take on
You will be the specialist for our T&E platforms, ensuring accuracy and control across our global operations.
Platform Management: Maintain our Travel Management and Corporate Card systems, ensuring expense submissions and card applications are handled efficiently.
Data & Insights: Help set up reporting packs and KPIs, analysing data to spot trends, exceptions, or areas where we can improve our controls.
Financial Rigour: Support Month End processes by posting journals and completing Balance Sheet reconciliations, proactively addressing risks.
Operational Support: Act as the point of contact for the business on T&E policies, ensuring financial controls are always respected.
Carbon Reporting: Support our environmental goals by consolidating T&E data for Carbon Footprint reporting and correcting any inconsistencies.
Process Improvement: Take the initiative to produce and maintain a procedures database, pushing forward business processes to keep us efficient.
Clear Communication: Resolve queries quickly through multiple channels and escalate issues to departments like Security or Store Services when needed. What you’ll bring
We are looking for a person who is organised, analytical, and ready to take responsibility for their work.
Essential Criteria:
Financial Experience: Proven experience with Balance Sheet reconciliations and journal posting.
Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets (or Excel) and a comfort working with large data sets.
Professional Background: Part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience.
Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to explain solutions clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Proactive Mindset: The ability to work using your own initiative while contributing to the team's shared goals.
Organisation: A flexible approach to work, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
What we look for:
Problem Solvers: People who enjoy finding the "why" behind the data and the "how" for the solution.
Continuous Learners: A desire to actively develop yourself and learn new skills as the business evolves.
