Finance Coordinator
Location: London
Shift Pattern: Permanent (Monday-Friday)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £36,000-£38,500 depending on experience
About the Role
We are seeking aproactive and organised Finance Coordinator to support our London operationalteams across three key sites. This role is vital in improving spend control,monitoring and analysing costs, and providing financial reporting to driveefficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
Support finance activities for the London business across three sitesMonitor and analyse costs to improve spend controlProvide financial reporting to support operational efficienciesManage weekly EprophIT trading and ensure fixed spends are capturedOversee the site variable order tracker, ensuring all costs are correctly recordedComplete monthly site returnsTrack and manage expenses against budgetSupport management with ad hoc requests, analysis, monthly reports, and change controls
