What You'll Do
You will join the internal Finance Team in BCG Milan Office, and will have the chance to acquire specific and hands-on knowledge of several processes related to Finance about Reporting, Planning and Controlling.
In detail, you will support Controlling activities by providing operational and administrative support, contributing to managing timesheet-related processes, producing billability and utilization reports, and performing various ad-hoc financial and operational analyses.
You will assist in preparing quantitative reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders, C-levels, and Executive Committees, translating data into clear, structured insights.
You will also have the opportunity to cooperate with HR and other internal teams by analyzing data, running reports, and supporting cross-functional initiatives with a project management mindset, ensuring alignment, structure, and follow-up.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics;Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in Italian and English (C1);Strong desire to learn and to start a career path within an internal Corporate Finance department;Strong accuracy and attention to details;Analytical and structured mindset, combined with curiosity and a proactive attitude;Attitude to work both independently and together with wider teams;Good MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).Who You'll Work With
You will be working within the Finance department of BCG, responsible for preserving the intellectual capital, assets, and integrity of BCG. This team makes a decisive impact on the firm’s direction, performance, and risk-management models.
