Then we are looking for you as we are seeking a driven individual for the Finance Controller role in our high-performing Controller Team. Your responsibilities will include proactive analysis, involvement in monthly closings, and driving the forecast and budget processes. You will also continuously improve work methods and processes both individually and within the team, locally and globally.
Your future duties and responsibilities:• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial results for reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts for assigned sector(s)
• Analyze financial data and build financial models to support decision-making, including proper accruals for month-end closing.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation across systems.
• Deliver clear, timely internal and management reports, including variance analyses against plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Conduct P&L and project-level analyses and explain performance drivers.
• Independently execute the monthly closing process for assigned sector, taking corrective actions where needed.
• Collaborate with business controllers locally and internationally.
• Identify improvement opportunities and propose actionable recommendations. Example:
o Drive together with the team initiatives to improve the business results (cash or contribution).
o Support the development and implementation of automation of reports, to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and quality in reporting
• Support internal and external audits, including SOX processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite applications, especially in Excel
• Awareness and understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards.
• Understanding of Internal Controls (SOX)
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Technical skills like Powerquery/PowerBI or Python (not a must, but a plus)
• Understanding of Peoplesoft or Oracle Hyperion (not a must, but a plus)
Personal and Professional Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Several years (5+) of experience in similar roles.
• Strong communication skills in English
• Flexible, independent and ambitious

• Strong analytical skills
• Proactive and a team player
