You will be the Finance Controller for the Irvine Implant Manufacturing plant.
How you’ll make an impact:
Manage team members and overall accountability for cost accounting activities for multiple plants and may recommend and implement changes to methods through several department managersSet finance strategy around efforts optimize business processes by assessing business needs and developing, proposing and implementing solution optionsPlan and direct multiple strategic cost accounting project portfolios activities including prioritizing and selecting appropriate projects. Lead in identifying risk, developing complex mitigation strategies, alternative solutions, resolving issues, etc. in collaboration with project managersOther incidental dutiesWhat you'll need (Required):
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria OR Master's Degree or equivalent in in Accounting or Finance with previous work related experience and skill levels exceeding the requirements of the Senior Manager or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteriaWhat else we look for (Preferred):

For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $173,000 to $245,000 (highly experienced).
