We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Coordinator to oversee on boarding and risk monitoring of over 5,000 suppliers and customers at NEXT. Based within Finance Operations, this business-critical role supports a team of 6 and works closely with Compliance, Legal, and Business Directors.
You'll manage end-to-end compliance processes, assess suppliers from an anti money laundering and fraud risk perspective, and continuously improve monitoring practices to stay ahead of emerging risks. Strong judgement, data skills, and collaboration are essential- especially as we transition to a new ERP system.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage and coordinate all compliance-related steps for supplier on boarding or changes, ensuring timely and accurate completion across all stakeholders. Conduct in-depth anti-money laundering and fraud prevention reviews, escalating issues where necessary and applying sound judgement. Monitor and assess ongoing risk across our supplier and customer base, enhancing business-as-usual (BAU) processes to address emerging compliance threats. Use data and analytics platforms to streamline risk oversight and strengthen decision-making. Support the team through the implementation of a new ERP system and contribute to process development during this transition.About you:
