About the Role

Airswift is seeking experienced Finance Business Partners to join Woodside’s Australian Business Finance team. These roles support key business units including the North West Shelf Gas, Non-Operator Assets, and FPSO operations. The positions offer a unique opportunity to contribute to financial performance and strategic decision-making within one of Australia’s leading energy companies.

Key Responsibilities Deliver routine and ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions and value creation. Prepare and present management reports with commentary on monthly performance against budget and forecast for internal and JV stakeholders. Coordinate annual enterprise planning and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with internal and JV approval requirements. Act as a focal point for cost-saving initiatives aligned with Woodside’s VIP / Performance Edge processes. Review business proposals, AFEs, and contracts, providing guidance on Woodside’s MOA and expenditure approval processes. Provide accounting advice in line with relevant standards and compliance requirements. Drive financial process improvements and support implementation across business units. Collaborate with other Finance teams and stakeholders to deliver insights and enhance financial performance. Skills & Experience Demonstrated alignment with Woodside’s corporate values. Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (postgraduate preferred). Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic environment. Strong understanding of costing processes, residuals, recoveries, and rate impacts. Advanced financial and commercial analytical skills. Prior experience in the oil and gas sector is highly desirable.
