Responsibilities:
• Provide financial insights and guidance to business leaders, acting as the primary financial partner for this site
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports, including variance analysis, profitability evaluations, and organizational reporting.
• Manage annual budgeting and rolling forecasts, identifying variances and collaborating with operational teams to develop corrective actions or investment strategies.
• Build and evaluate business cases for investments, expansions, and resource allocation to achieve growth objectives.
• Conduct performance analysis and support initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, contract margins, and working capital.
• Collaborate with global finance teams to ensure accurate cross-regional reporting and analysis.
• Develop financial models and perform scenario planning to guide strategic and operational decisions.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting standards and budgetary regulations
Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance or business partnering role, preferably in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or similar industries.
• Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on solutions and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with SAP and other financial systems.
• In-depth knowledge of strategic planning and managerial accounting practices.
