As a Finance Business Manager in the Consume and Community Banking Team you will, support the Chase Wealth Management CEO and the field organization of 5,000 advisors. The Business Management team closely partners with the field leadership team comprised of four Divisional Directors of Wealth Management (East, Central South, Midwest, and West) and 27 Regional Directors to provide financial reporting & analysis and act as a finance partner in managing the business day-to-day.
Job responsibilities
Collaborate with the broader Field Finance & Business Management team, provides analytical and business management support for the Wealth Management business, with the responsibility for supporting division's and region’s performance from every relevant perspectiveMaintain an understanding of business and financial principles and a working knowledge of key business drivers to coordinate, assess and help execute the long-term goals and priorities of the field leadership teamPerform regular and ad hoc analysis in support of financial and strategic goalsPrepare business review materialsOptimize 'bottom line' performance by creating and analyzing performance tracking and reportingContribute to national initiativesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance-related field2+ years relevant Financial Services experienceOutstanding written and verbal communicationProficiency in Microsoft Office and other financial applications; experience with TableauKnowledge and understanding of financial principles and ability to link results to activitiesAbility to work collaboratively and develop strong relationships across the organizationExcellent personal management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple (and changing) project deliverables at same timeBusiness savvy and commercial judgmentSome travel may be required
