Help the Financial Business Partner Head to support business and operation, manage the financial planning processes for the market, responsible for analysis of business performance and supports the delivery of the business and financial plans.
You are responsible for
Responsible for BU full P/L performance, including topline sales driven and selling expense control, delivery the business and financial plans.Support Finance BP Head on BU AOP, and rolling forecasting.Drive decisions new business case assessment and be supportive in financing solutions.Drive analysis of business performance: sales, pricing, margin, credit management and costs.Cooperate with Accounting team to ensure the booking accuracy.Conduct management analysis on business performance, proposing corrective actions and monitoring implementation of those actions to drive the delivery of the business and financial plansSupport Finance BP Head to ensure a strong and efficient internal control system in place.To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor above degree in Finance and or Accounting orientated studyAt least 6 -8 years finance related working experience.Strong Convincing communication skillsIntellectual capacity to digest complex information, see trends and analysis through data.Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationshipDrive the follow-through of issues and good attention to detailHaving wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Can work independently with limited supervision, self-motivated, flexible, can work under pressureAdvanced technical skills in Excel, ERP (SAP preferred) and PowerPoint, familiar with business procedures in China, basic tax knowledgeGood communication skills in both Chinese and English, oral and written;CPA or equivalent accounting license holder is a plus.In return, we offer you
