**Role Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Associate Manager, Finance** to lead both Accounting and FP&A functions for Accurate’s public sector projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring financial governance, strategic planning, and operational excellence across our healthcare initiatives. The Finance Manager will serve as a key business partner, driving financial performance and supporting decision-making processes
**Fixed-term (2 years) contract with potential for permanent conversion.**
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Ensure **robust financial governance and compliance** across Accurate’s public sector projects.
+ Lead **FP&A activities** including _budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and strategic planning_ .
+ **Build and manage P&L statements** , ensuring accurate _cost allocation_ and _margin analysis_ .
+ Monitor **cash flow** and support **audit readiness** for public contracts.
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders (local and regional teams) and external partners to align financial strategies with business goals.
+ Identify process improvement opportunities and **implement financial best practices** .
+ **Serve as business partner** with internal (local and regional) and external stakeholders to help guide Accurate’s financial strategy and ensure alignment with business goals.
**Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is a plus.
+ **4–7 years of experience in FP&A or financial management roles** , ideally within multinational organizations.
+ Proven experience in managing P&L statements and financial planning processes.
+ Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Power BI etc).
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken) is required.
