Finance Associate II
Job Title: Finance Associate II Location: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite per week) Pay Rate: $25/hour Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour day, flexible start time between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented AR Analyst to manage accounts receivable portfolios and assist in collections efforts. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with customers, perform root cause analysis on past due accounts, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues. This hybrid role requires working onsite 2 to 3 days per week. Key Responsibilities + Build relationships with customers and utilize appropriate contact methods to collect past due accounts. + Reduce delinquency on assigned portfolio by analyzing root causes and collaborating with customers and internal teams. + Follow escalation procedures for non-responsive customers or problem accounts. + Utilize technology and systems effectively to meet collection targets. + Manage a full accounts receivable portfolio with accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications + High School Diploma required. + At least 1 year of collections and customer service experience preferred. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. + Strong personal accountability and integrity. + Attention to detail and good time management skills. + Ability to work well in a team environment. + Analytical skills including root cause analysis and process improvement. + Experience in customer service environments preferred but not required. + New college graduates are welcome to apply; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degrees in business-related fields are a plus.
