Finance Associate, G&A
**Summary:** You will be joining the Meta Finance and Business Planning team that supports the Global Affairs Pillar. This Cross Team role will own all core FP&A operational deliverables, and be responsible for continuously improving the quality, standardization, and automation of these processes. You will work alongside the business partner-facing Vertical Team, and be supported by onshore FP&A COE and offshore BPO analysts. Successful candidates for this role need to bring finance, accounting or business analytics core skills. **Required Skills:** Finance Associate, G&A Responsibilities: 1. Join the team that supports all G&A businesses, and is responsible for core FP&A operations. Policy, Communications, and Global Affairs are the primary supporting focus 2. Own the monthly close process, from accrual and reclass review, to variance analysis, to ensure close is accurate 3. Meet all internal financial reporting requirements, including headcount, Payroll, Opex and Capex 4. Build budget and long range planning to meet company targets 5. Manage quarterly forecast to meet accuracy goals and execute finance operational tasks 6. Utilize analytical skills to build accurate models for high complexity projects 7. Lead BPO analysts to deliver all finance operational tasks based on DTPs. Review and sign-off on their work output. Provide process improvement suggestions and scalable solutions to optimize deliverables 8. Meet regularly and work directly with the Vertical team to provide complete financial support to Business Partners, understand work intake, and review work output for total team success 9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, Enterprise Engineering, Source-to-Pay, HR and Mission Control **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 10. 4+ years work experience in finance, accounting or business analytics field 11. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or equivalent 12. Data skills with experience analyzing large datasets and extracting insights 13. Experience in Oracle EPM, Google Suite, or equivalent 14. Detail-oriented, solve problems, prioritize effectively, and manage workload to complete tasks on time 15. Clear written and verbal communication skills **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 16. Proficient in SQL and Tableau 17.
