Job Description: Avanade is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Finance or Supply Chain Management Specialist with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Finance or SCM domains and a passion for leveraging AI technologies to optimize Finance and Supply Chain processes, support our client’s transformation agenda and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: · Lead Finance or Supply Chain assessments, identifying trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement, develop and implement AI-driven strategies to enhance Finance and Supply Chain efficiency and effectiveness. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing Finance or Supply Chain systems. · Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI-driven Finance or Supply Chain initiatives. · Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes. · Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI for Finance and SCM domains. · Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients as well as internal stakeholders on technology and AI-driven best practices in Finance or Supply Chain management and change management Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Business, Engineering, or related field. · Minimum of 8 years’ industry experience in Finance or Supply Chain Management with strong preference to Finance, Logistics, Procurement or International Trade with a proven track record of delivering strategic initiatives · Proven experience in Finance and Supply Chain Management advanced analytics solutions, technology implementation with a focus on AI and innovation. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. · Proficiency in AI tools and technologies. · Experience in leading across functional teams and managing client relationships at different levels · Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Preferred Skills: · Experience with machine learning and data analytics. · Knowledge of Finance or Supply Chain modeling and simulation tools. · Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies · Familiarity with AI-driven Finance or Supply Chain software and platforms.
