Finance and Supply Chain Business Process Manager

Position Description:

FSCM Business Process Manager for CentraCare Health System dba CentraCare Health, St. Cloud, MN.

Lead the Supply Chain and Finance operations teams (FSCM) in implementation efforts and upgrades of new or existing modules, programs, and applications.

Responsible for FSCM ERP optimization including evaluating released enhancements, quarterly updates, and regression testing for Oracle Fusion.

Act as a liaison between functional users, internal stakeholders and external vendors and serve as the point of contact for all interactions with internal IS&T resources, other departments,
CCH entities and external application vendors on technology utilization for the FSCM teams.

Consult with FSCM system users to identify data needs. Generate and maintain reports and queries to provide data to management and FSCM staff as needed. Partner with IS&T staff for
development of reports.

Develop and maintain end-to-end process maps for workflows within Finance and Supply Chain.

Continually seek deeper understanding of business needs, obstacles, and innovative solutions.

Maintain strong knowledge and understanding of business needs evidenced by the ability to establish and maintain a high level of trust and confidence.

Develop FSCM training strategies and education materials for all staff, new or existing.

Create and maintain procedure and training documents for FSCM process flows and deliver them education forums such as training classes, videos, and documents for increasing the
FSCM understanding of systems and processes.

Knowledge transfer coordination when FSCM staff transition roles (promotion, retirement, etc.).

Identify gaps and improvement opportunities by analyzing business processes and technology adoption and utilization and coordinates with IS&T to develop innovative solutions to ensure
FSCM business processes are following best practice.

Participate in strategic planning sessions to aid in the achievement of FSCM improvement initiatives.

Actively pursue improvement initiatives to achieve the greatest efficiency, effectiveness, and excellence within Finance and Supply Chain operations.

Accountable for the results of improvement initiatives.

5% travel to visit various CentraCare Health System worksites throughout Central & Southwest Minnesota.

This is a hybrid position at the employer’s discretion.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, accounting, or supply chain and 5 years of progressive experience in an occupation in healthcare business operations.

Must possess five years of experience in any combination of the following: finance, accounting, or supply chain;
Must possess four years of Oracle Cloud (Fusion) ERP experience;
Must possess three years of experience in business analysis;
Must possess one year of experience in leadership or project management;
Must be familiar with day-to-day functionality and/or management of Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Finance and Supply Chain modules.

5% travel to visit various CentraCare Health System worksites throughout Central & Southwest Minnesota

This is a hybrid position at the employer’s discretion.

 

Salary:   $107,500-$112,265/year
