Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance or office admin roles, preferably in MNCs
•
Familiarity with Oracle Financial Modules, Concur, and Microsoft Office
•
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
•
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities
•
Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Finance Duties (approx. 30–40%):
•
Maintain accurate financial records and support bookkeeping tasks
•
Review and check expenses on Concur for accuracy and compliance
•
Assist with simple reporting, summaries, and reconciliations for management
•
Support month-end close activities with data collation and review
•
Help track budgets and forecasts in coordination with the Operations Manager
•
Manage petty cash and assist with vendor invoice follow-ups
•
Support internal finance documentation and approvals
Administrative Duties (approx. 60–70%):
•
Manage day-to-day office operations, including procurement of supplies and equipment
•
Coordinate building/facility issues, liaise with vendors, and support office relocation logistics
•
Organize company-wide events, meetings, and travel bookings
•
Liaise with IT support and other service providers
•
Maintain general filing, internal compliance documents, and office records
•
Provide general admin support to the Operations Manager and team as needed
